Virtual Working

You are the manager to run your virtual office and gain income by work productivity. Recruiting your staff in the workspace and assigning tasks to them. Every player will start with co-working space for your start-up team. The office space can only deploy 5 slots, so you must choose your best team member for best effectiveness.

Tasks

Arrange your staff for suitable tasks to get OCOIN rewards as much as you can. Every task has different work hours and rewards. You can assign 1 task to each staff. Take longer work hours, much more OCOIN reward. As a business owner, you need to make the strategy to assign the task to them wisely.

Every rarity of character has a success rate in each task.

  • Success will get 100% of the reward for each task.

  • Fail, will get 20% of the reward for each task.

For the player who owns the OLAND office space deploying the staff will increase work productivity. Add more furniture and office decoration items to make more environment at work better and create motivation for the team to increase work productivity.

  • The finished tasks can be claimed for OCOIN. Fee will be deducted from the reward, and the initial fee rate is 50%. Fee rate will be decreased for 10% each day, and will be 0% after 5 days since the tasks are finished.

  • After finishing their tasks, staffs can continue their work immediately.

Unlocked Slots

Every two slots that you unlocked from the five free slots that you had. It will increase the success rate of 1% and the percentage that is added on every character will be permanent.

Bulk assign

Unlocking the 20th slot you will get the “bulk assign” function. This function can assign many characters at the same time. When using this function it costs 1 OCOIN per character.

Bulk Claim

Unlocking the 30th slot you will get the “bulk claim” function. This function can selectively claim rewards that occur on the claim menu. Every reward that you have selected costs 1 OCOIN

Sleep

Keeping working for a long time makes staff feel exhausted and lack quality of work. When staff finished their task, they will lose focus and energy so makes the success rate of staff character (exclude the buff from Hat and Unlocked slots) is reduced by 0.25% per work hour of finished task until 0%. You can get them to Sleep to let them take some rest for 10 hrs. to recover their success rate back to the success rate based on each rarity of staff. When your staff is sleeping, you can not undeploy them out from their slot.

Example : If you have a Manager rarity staff which his success rate base is 98%. with additional success of 2% from Hat and 6% from unlocked slots, the success rate is 106% in total. After finishing Team Meeting task which takes about 14 hrs, his success rate will be reduced 14 x 0.25 = 3.5% from 98% to 94.5% , with additional success of 2% from Hat and 6% from unlocked slots. The success rate is 102.5% in total, and so on until you think the success rate is too low to succeed in the task, you can get him to sleep after 10 hrs. , his success rate base of character will recover to 98% again.

Noted that system will memorize success rate for every staff. When transfer staff to other player (other wallet account) the success rate still remain in that staff.

Example: when using senior staff and the success rate decrease to 50% and transfer to other wallet account. The new account still get the same success rate of 50%. If user want to reset to the default rate, just use sleep mode.

Time that assign task x 0.25% = Rate of success that decrease.

To calculate the sleep mode for example senior staff documents work to finish task use 10 hours 48 minutes. The calculation is 10 + (48/60) = 10.8 hours. In summary senior staff the success rate will decrease to 10.8 x 0.25% = 2.7% decrease per documents work.
